HomeLead provides tools for:
- Leads
- Customer communications
- Customers
- Jobs
- Scheduling
- Business records
- Receipts
- Third-party integrations
- AI-assisted workflows
2. Eligibility
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and use HomeLead for lawful business or professional purposes.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account.
4. Third-Party Integrations
HomeLead may integrate with third-party services including Thumbtack. Your use of third-party services remains subject to those services' own terms and policies.
5. Thumbtack Integration
Depending on available functionality, HomeLead may allow you to:
- Receive and view Thumbtack leads
- Review customer and project information
- View conversations
- Draft responses
- Send authorized responses
- Organize leads as customers or jobs
Thumbtack is a third-party service.
6. AI-Assisted Features
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inappropriate suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before sending communications or making business decisions.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use HomeLead for:
- Illegal activity
- Fraud
- Impersonation
- Unauthorized account access
- Malware
- Interference with HomeLead
- Unlawful communications
- Unauthorized third-party data access
- Circumvention of technical restrictions
8. Customer Data
You are responsible for the customer data you submit, import, or authorize HomeLead to access, and for having the rights and permissions needed to use that data with HomeLead.
9. Availability
We aim to provide reliable service, but HomeLead may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, outages, third-party service issues, or events outside our control.
10. Fees
Paid features, if offered, may require payment of applicable fees. Pricing, billing intervals, and cancellation terms will be presented where paid services are purchased.
11. Intellectual Property
HomeLead and its software, branding, designs, and content are owned by HomeLead or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of HomeLead intellectual property to you.
12. Termination
You may stop using HomeLead at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or use the service unlawfully.
13. Disclaimer
HomeLead is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeLead will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HomeLead after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
